Theresa May: End the Charade on Spy Crimes
Theresa May has been forced to admit that the "Third Direction", a secret order she issued in August 2017, relates to crimes committed by MI5.

What she hasn't done is come clean on what crimes British spies can commit. Can they torture? Can they blackmail? Can they threaten people’s families?

We urge Theresa May to come clean and publish the guidance on crimes MI5 can commit in our name.
